Ijaw House, Yenagoa- The National Electoral Committee of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide, led by Chairman Dr. Charles Ikimi, has released the final list of delegates for the forthcoming IYC National Elections scheduled for July 11, 2026.

The release of the delegates list marks a critical step in the electoral process as Ijaw youths worldwide prepare to elect new national officers to pilot the affairs of the foremost Ijaw youth body.

According to a statement signed by Dr. Ikimi, the list contains accredited delegates from all zones, chapters, and affiliate bodies of the IYC Worldwide, following a thorough screening and verification exercise conducted by the committee.

“With the publication of this final delegates list, we have completed another major milestone in our mandate to deliver a free, fair, and credible election,” Dr. Ikimi stated. “All stakeholders are advised to cross-check the list and prepare for the elections on July 11.

The committee urged all delegates, aspirants, and observers to adhere strictly to the electoral guidelines and maintain peace throughout the process.
